RIGHT BRAIN
Michael Hicks is a documentary/abstract art photographer. He provides his services for both editorial and advertisement projects with a strong work ethic that caters to each individual client. He holds a B.S. in design arts, having majored in photography at Drexel University. Strong dedication, devotion, and the enjoyment of producing art define the key elements that have molded his unique style. He has been trained by some of the top people in the photo industry and carries their knowledge and integrity with him. Michael believes that good relations and open dialog with clients are the key aspects to a successful project.

“The product and work put forth are what matters,” says Hicks. His documentary work has brought him atop skyscrapers and into the middle of protests, from inner-cities to the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. Capturing the abstract in nature helps him see the world for what rests beneath the surface. Pondering the chaotic order of life and the limitless emotional responses of the human brain has led to a relentless desire to understand nature and human co-existence through photography.
